wonderfulll post! I feel like i'm just chattin it up with you in your kitch! So...I am very sad you are no longer dancing, you are very talented and a beautiful dancer. That said, I'm so happy that you are doing what is right for you, and with your family's support! I completely agree that different people are suited for different activities. As much as I admire those runners out there, I will NEVER be one of em :D Can't wait for the next baking masterpiece, and looove your bracelet xoxoxo good luck with school.
I enjoyed Episode 3 of Veggie Girl TV : )
I'm glad you're happy with your decision to focus on yoga and strength training and I can't wait to see your baked good : )
Hope you have a great weekend and can fit in a little bit of fun in between all that homework!
Love the kitchen! And good luck with your new projects--I know whatever you choose will be great. :)
I love your video posts! It is nice to put a voice to your face! You are so comfortable in front of the camera! I don't think I could ever talk that long without stumbling my words! I am really happy you are choosing to do what is best for you in terms of Yoga and strength training. I am looking forward to your next post! Good luck with all the school work!
www.missymaintains.blogspot.com
I totally understand your decision. I myself only engage in yoga and walking :) I do enjoy the very occasional class, if someone asked me to go with them, but high impact cardio isn't my thing. I love that you do yoga every day and I'm so glad you're happy. And hooray for Meghann!
Suggestion for a future post - I'd love to hear more about your yoga!!
I AM S0 FREAKING PR0UD 0F MA VEGGIEBABYYYY <333
You are an absolute PEARL and one that I T0TALLY empathize with... I AM DEF 0NE 0F TH0SE PPL WH0 NEED the therapeutic exercise. The pounding left me with nothing but three fractures in my foot (obvi I overdid it during my ed, but you know...). Honestly, I support you 1000 million %. I know this was an incredibly difficult decision for you, sweet one, and I am S0 astounded by your bravery, poise, and last but CERTAINLY (!!) not least, your healthy relationship with your bod. BRAV0. I look up to you immensely for this, Lizzy, and I am so glad that we're friends. Love you girlie!!
VeggieGirl! I loveeee your video posts :) keep em coming! I"m so glad you are doing what you makes you happy with yoga and strength training. Do what makes you feel good! i'm making your pumpkin raisin pecan bread this weekend for my dad... i have a feeling he's going to love it! i'll let you know how it goes :)
haha VeggieGirl TV, I love it!
You do have such a busy course load this semester, I think it's great that you're able to take the time to video post!
Sorry to hear you aren't dancing anymore, but I am in total and full support of you doing what makes YOU the healthiest and happiest. Sounds like what you've chosen is working! :)
Can't wait for the next installment!
I definitely respect your decision!! and YAY for yoga! yoga is awesome and I'm so happy that you're a yogi just like me ;]
I really can't wait until your next post for your yummy baked goods!!!!!
your baked goods always look DELICIOUS! *drool
I hope everything goes well in school!
love you veggiegirl! muah

Thanks for the latest installment of Veggie Girl TV, it was nice to hear what you've been up to. I think strength training and yoga is a great combination! I do the same mixed with a little cardio and I love it! I can't wait to hear how your new workout plan goes. Hang in there with school, it will be over before you know it:)
Love the VeggieGirl video posts! It's fun seeing you live. :)
I was wondering why you stopped dancing as you had commented you were just doing yoga and strength training, but I didn't want to be nosey. Yay for yoga - good stuff! I'm so glad that you have found what works for you. I think yoga/strength training is a great combo!
Sending good thoughts your way for all the work you have this semester. Good luck on your test Monday. Can't wait to see what you baked up this past weekend.
i love your video posts veggie girl, don't stop!
i dont think there is ANYTHING wrong with the activity you are getting; i absolutely agree that different things work for different people. so keep doing what works for you!
I'm so happy for you VeggieGirl!!! Good for you for respecting your body! Yoga is a wonderful excercise and will keep you in great shape! You know I love it.
P.S. This is Courtney from the former Eat The Whole Thing. I'm gonna be BACK IN ACTION! You can find me at www.hungryyogini.wordpress.com in the next few days =)
I hear ya about the workload ... I'm so not looking forward to my classes starting next week! But it will be over eventually -- hang in there.
The new workout plan sounds great, and I'm glad you're feeling strong and healthy -- that's all that matters!
Enjoyed your video post! I am glad you are doing what you feel is right for your body!
VG on the Boob Tube! :)
I totally agree with you, certain bodies are cut out for certain activities. I too am one of the low impact fluidity focused creatures who vomits at the sheer thought of hitting the pavement. My body puts up all sorts of fight if I do so! I think you've made a wise, and honorable decision, go girl!
Can't wait for the next baked treat!
I just ripped out some recipes that you will LOVE! ;)
veggie girl! i'm in the exact same boat as you are about the cardio. i've pretty much been doing taebo kickboxing 1-3 times a week as opposed to every day and instead have replaced my workout times with yoga and i love it. i certainly agree with what you've said about certain bodies fit for certain exercises and i'm right there with ya with doing slow, strength training movements like yoga. i think you've made a great decision! and as far as the vlogs go, i love them! i get tired of reading so many posts sometimes that it's nice to just sit back and listen haha! :D thanks for the great post!
I adore your video posts VeggieGirl, keep them up!!!
Hang in there with school, I know you can do it, you are so talented.
As for the dance...I'm glad you followed your heart and that you are doing what you love to do. I find yoga better for my joints as well and my heart just isn't strong enough to do large amounts of cardio.
I hope all is well for you hun!!!
I love your videos, keep doing them please!!!
Hang in there with school, you are so talanted I know you can get through it. But jeez professor, cut Liz a little slack! haha
About dance, I'm glad you followed your heart and are now doing what you love. Yoga is great exercise and I'm happy your family supports your decision.
Stay Warm!!!!
Aww, veggie girl tv :) Love that you have found a groove with yoga and strength training!!! Hope your dance partner isn't too bummed about not being an official tester anymore :) GOOD LUCK with the craziness of the semester!
Love the video posts, so keep them coming!
And wow, that is sure a lot of school work in such little time that has already elapsed for school! That is crazy! I don't know how you do it, but amazing! Hope all goes well for the rest of the semester!
Awesome post. I love hearing you discuss what type of exercise works best for you. It's good to consider what your body wants!
:)
VeggieGirl, I think you are an absolutely beeeautifulll dancer but I do totally support your decision. This is what is right for you, and I am so happy that you have come to realize that. I hope to hear more about your adventures in fitness. I wish you the best of luck; I know you can achieve all of your fitness goals.
School seems incredibly overwhelming right now, girlie, but I hope you'll hang in there as best as you can. This will only teach you to handle the stress of being a true journalist.
I loved the video post! It is totally okay to give yourself a break from writing... you deserve it, girl!!
You never disappoint!
xo
yayyyyyy veggie tv! love it :) and your chanel bracelet is wicked cute! keep the video posts coming they rock
I like all your videos!
Great episode :) Good luck getting everything done! I wish you the best :)
<3 jess :)

You have an insane schedule.. those crazy profs!! I loved that update of yours in video form. I'm kind of sad that I won't be seeing any more of your dance videos, but your bones are more important! I've broken 3 so I know what you mean about some people's bodies are not made for all that pounding. I can't wait until your next post. This might make your videos too long, especially if you're like me and take forever to bake something, but maybe you could do a video with some baking. Maybe not the whole process, but parts of it?
Yay for VeggieGirl TV. Another great installment :)
I can't wait to see what you come up with for my fundraiser. I'm sending an e-mail out Sunday with all of the details!
I love your video posts! PLEASE KEEP them coming! I am really glad you like your classes and your teachers (despite all that work- OH MY GOSH!).
Of course we will respect your choice not to dance. I agree that different bodies are built for different activities (although every once in a while its great to branch out and try something new). I also think that throughout our lives, the activities our bodies handle best can change. You must do what makes you happy! We lurve you :)
Can't wait to see your baked good. I told Meghann I would bake too if she needs me! What a great cause
Have a fabulous weekend. I hope with all that work you have some time to do something fun and relaxing!
I LOVE these video posts! And I don't understand why anyone would give you negative feedback on your decision to forgo dance and instead begin yoga and strength training! If you enjoy it and it's best for you, what's to not like?!
I totally support your decision to stick with yoga and strength training...we should all just do what is best for our bodies! can't wait to see your latest baked good--they always look great!
love the video posts btw!
I love your video posts! It's always nice to put a face and a voice to the person behind the blog :D
Good luck with building the muscle mass! And of course everyone has to have their own exercise plan, you know what's working for you and what's not, I can't imagine you would have anyone come down on you for that.
Can't wait to see the baking project!
You gotta due what works for you. It's true that people have more natural body types/talents to do certain activities, and when you find out what works for you, go with it! Looking forward to the baking.
yesss! i love veggiegirl t.v! thank you for making my night lou :)
you know i support you 100%! you know what is best for you and your body! you are so wise and intuitive - we can all learn so much from you!
best of luck with the studying this weekend! you know i will be thinking of you :) but we shall talk tomorrow?
sweet dreams! i love you a million pb puffins!
I support whatever decision makes you feel better! I am sure you are a beautiful and graceful dancer (I don't think I was reading the blog when you posting videos or photos of that?), but you don't owe anyone an apology or explanation why you are taking a break! I like your thinking that everyone has a different exercise "style" that their body is built for. That's really got me thinking ;)
I enjoy VeggieGirl TV, keep 'em coming! Hang in there with this tough workload, it will pass and the rewards will come :)
im sorry you aren't dancing. it sounds like you are OK with that decision, so i hope it works out with you! yoga seems like a good fit!!
and YAYY meghann! thanks for pluggin her, she needs our support!
and ps - negative commenters suck. :P how could anyone be mean to veggie girl??
Very cool! I really want to get into yoga on a more regular basis. It makes me feel so much better.
Hey! Yes, I did get your message! Thank you!
What a great idea to do a video! You do plenty of writing for school. Hang in there with the school work. You can do it!
Have a wonderful day!
Yay video post #3!
I think it's great that you're listening to your body about exercise. I love yoga! I'm the same way, I'm not meant for really heavy cardio like running.
Good luck with school!
yaaay video! So glad that you have found what works for you and your body and are sticking to it. Build that muscle up girl :)
Love the video post!
As long as you are happy with your decision - everyone else should be! :)
Love that bracelet you have on - SUPER SUPER cute!
I LOVE veggiegirl TV!
Of course I 100% support your new yoga love! It's so great that you have found something that really works with your body and mind, and I really hope that you continue to enjoy it!
good luck with your crazy semester--it sounds so intense!
Have a fabulous weekend and make sure you get plenty of rest!
You are the QUEEN!! Of course we support your decision to give your body the treatment it deserves! Anyone that doesn't ... well, you can just direct them to me and I will take care of them. Hee hee!
I just love VeggieGirl TV ... keep it coming! Hang in there with school, sweets! XOXO!
Hey, nice blog! I've enjoyed surfing it!
Hang in there with the school work! I'm glad you like your classes and professors, even if they are keeping you busy.
I'm glad to hear you are doing the physical activity that feels best for you. I'll support whatever decisions you make. :) You have always been so supportive of other bloggers, how could we not do the same?
I see your blendtec sitting in the back. I've gone back and forth since I worked at Starbucks several years ago about whether or not I want to splurge on one. Do you think they are worth the investment? I've always liked that you don't need a separate container for liquids and dry foods like nuts.
Thanks so much for the comment :) Yoga is amazing isn't it? Twisting half moon, awesome!
<3 jess :)
xxx
Hang in there with school, doll!!
I admire your decision to pick up yoga! Ya gotta do what works best for VeggieGirl :)
I wanted to thank you for all the support you have given me and you know that I'm always a click away for any rants/vents that need to get out!!
Love the video posts.. keep 'em coming!!
I think it's great that you listen to your body and that you do what you think is right for it.. kudos!
Can;t wait to see your next baked good... have a great weekend and good luck on that test you have!
yay for VeggieGirl video posts!! I totally agree with you about different people being compatible with different exercises. Good for you for listening to your body! Have a good weekend girl, and don't forget to breathe!! ;-)
I like the video posts, keep them coming :)
i am so loving your video posts :) yay for a new baking project - i definitely will be ALL over that fundraiser!!!!!!!!!!!
good luck w/ school!!!!!!!
Good for you for listening to what your body needs! Best of luck with school, it sounds like a tough semester.
Can't wait to see what you're baking for Meghann's bake sale!
I think working with a personal trainer is a great idea! :)
Good luck! I'm glad I'm not the only one tackling school right now. It's getting increasingly difficult to find time for my blog, but I somehow have been managing it rather well.
LIZ! so glad your back!!!
I think i might copy you and do a video post eventually.. it just seems like so much less work.. ahahah ( i totally understand that you dont wanna type anymore!!!
I completely support your decision to stop dancing. Its definitely understand that its not for everyone. The important thing is that you continue to work out and get the proper exercise that you need!!!
Veggie Girl-
I am new to the blogging world and would love to make/feature one of your favorite recipes on my site. Any suggestions?
Foodsthatfit.wordpress.com
Your video posts truly make me smile :) I love them...keep them coming, girl!
I am so happy that you have found exercise that works for you. And more importantly something you truly enjoy and benefit from. You know I am in the same boat as you...yoga and strength training, with the occasional cardio twice a week!
Happy Saturday!
It's great that you're making the decision what you think is best for YOU. So cool to put a blogger to a voice!!!
veggiegirl....U R adorable!!! Anyway I just wanted to comment for once (although you have so many that you might not see it heehee!) I stopped full time dancing after 14 years of training so completely understand that sometimes, no matter how much talent is there, it isn't the best thing for you. What is important is your health and happiness so go with what works for you. Take care & try not to get too stressed about all the papers/exams xxx
awesome video- keep up the good work!

i love the video posts, plus anything that saves you time and energy is good with me (boo for the earlier exam date)! youre so cute, im glad you are following your heart and focusing on yoga. i dont know why people feel the need to be so negative regarding such a personal decision, but ignore all the nay-sayers and do what makes you happy.
happy weekend :)
Of course we support you in anything you do! You don't have to dance, you just have to bake JK!
I am glad you found yoga to be the perfect thing for you at this time!
I would love to hear/see more about your strength training!
Oh, and I could not be more excited about your potential trip to the city this summer. There is so much to do, it's crazy. Plus Pure Food and Wine has it's gorgeous garden open.
Hi
I have never commented before on your blog but just wanted to say that I am also currently trying to gain some muscle mass and was wondering if you have any nutrition or fitness tips that are working well for you?
I tend to work out with weights about 3 times per week doing a full body routine. I assume you tend to do a split routine as you work out 4 times per week?
I so want to buy whatever you make for Meghann's bake sale! :) I have a feeling there is going to be a bidding war, haha.
So...are you sure that when you did this video post, you weren't just reading a script of my thoughts? ;o)
1) As you know, I have a crap ton of work this quarter, too. I've had 2 papers so far, 2 presentations and a paper next week, and FOUR PAPERS the week after that. Yes, four papers...and I'm taking three classes. WTH?!?! My prof obviously believes in quantity over quality. Thanks prof :o) Good luck with your moved up test, girl.
2) I completely believe that certain people/bodies are meant for certain types of exercise. I don't think I could ever be a marathoner, but I do enjoy short bursts of exercise, such as a 5k. I don't believe I could ever be a dancer, but I am going to take a dance class with Bobby for fun starting next week just to learn the basics. You have to do what's right for you, and I totally respect your decision (you knew that already, too, haha).
3) GO MEGHANN!! I'm excited to hear what you are going to be baking for her. She is doing such a marvelous thing.
Talk to you soon lady! Maybe catch up tomorrow (Sunday)?
hi veggiegirl!! i am so glad that you decided to do what is the very best for your body, i applaud you for it and in any case, you won't lose your dancing skills ever :D i hope you get to rest a little between studying, maybe some therpeutic baing?? haha. take care!
I love your video posts. As much as it's a nice break for you to not write and instead make a video, it's nice for us to get to watch and not read.
I am sure your decision not to dance was hard. If someone is mean about, they stink. I totally agree that some people's bodies are made for different things. I love yoga and all of its benefits. Good luck!
Heather
Great post! Thanks for the updates. I know what you mean about certain workouts for certain people! Do what you think is best for you!
you are absolutely right: certain workouts for some people aren't always what everyone needs. stick with what works best for you, gives you results, and what makes you feel good. I always feel sleepy after yoga, but I love it and I feel energized with strength training. I hate running and aerobics.
love your TV post as always, it feels more real and closer to you! :D
And I'm totally agree with you that some people are made to do certain kinds of activities and others aren't. It happens to me with running, I enjoy doing it a lot, but it seems that my body doesn't like to do it, it burns too much fat which I don't have and that cause a imbalance in my hormones. Anyway, I'm glad that you made the right/good decision for you and enjoy doing it!
looking forward to see your baked goodies.
i made your pumpkin pecan raisin loaf today! it turned out great! thanks for the great recipe :)
oh pretty girl thanks for the video 3 :) i enjoyed it.
i'm glad to hear of your updates and i'm sure that your choices will be great for you :)
miss you!
I love VeggieGirl TV!! And I love your sweatshirt!
You are so right about different people being made to do different things. I would love to dance, but my knees would probably hate me if I did! Good for you for knowing what's best for you!
Hang in there with all the school work! You can do it, Super VeggieGirl!! :)
veggiegirl-
Aww I love your video's! Please don't give them up!
Don't worry- I feel very similar as you about school! I mean, I learn alot and my teacher's can be highly intelligent- but it's obviously REALLY boring and I hate the work overload! Hang in there girl! =0
As for the exersize- I need to get into a better groove too! I totally admire your decision about dancing- it's not for everyone, and I'm glad you've figured this out for yourself! I'm more of a runner- but rarely motivated to run... any suggestions? I can't beleive you have your own enviromental-friendly kitchen and a personal trainer- I want one!
Can't wait for the next baking post! =) Hope to hear from ya soon girl! :D
good for you to realize what is best for you. total support from me! school sounds tough, but I am sure you will do great.
cant wait to see what you bake up!
I like the video post! I hope everything is great for you!
Your video posts are so much fun!
I definitely agree with you about everyone's body being right for different types of exercise- no matter how much I try I am in no way meant to run, but yoga just works wonders for my body. And, boy, I sure wish I had the motivation to exercise everyday- good for you!
Gril..you do what is good for you and dont let anyones negative comments make you fell bad about your decision!!!
I'm so glad you're listening to your heart and doing what you need to do for you! If there is one thing I woudl do differently is to go back to those moments in my life when I didn't do what was best for me, but was more concerned with making other people happy - and do it differently this time.
Love the videos, keep 'em commin'! hooooray for making the decision that is right for your body!!
hugs and more hugs.
I think it's great that you are listening to your body and doing what makes you feel the best.
Good luck with your studies!
Great choice love pie. :)
Tough decision to make, but you're definitely right to listen to your body! Good luck with all of your classwork!
The videos are great fun to watch, although it does take me a second to adjust to be talked to while on a blog :)
It's nice to hear how confident you sound in your yoga decision. Quitting things/changes...all of that is hard enough without worrying about being judged, but it looks like all your dedicated readers are right behind you and that's great to see.
Once again, great post.
NAOmni
I love your video posts! So sorry that you are kept so busy with school work! That's a lot of papers in a short time! As far as the dancing - that is your personal decision and I totally support it, 100%! The only reason I was even interested in the first place was it was just another aspect of your life and I liked getting to know more about you and I did enjoy the videos because you were just so good at it and it was fun to watch. But you need to do what works best for you and your body. Nobody had better dare to give you a hard time about that. Anyway, you are in my thoughts - stay well and "see" you soon! :)
Amazing video! I love these features. :)
Angela
Sounds like you made the right decision my friend! And besides, yoga and strength training are nothing to spit at... yoga especially can be SUPER intense!
Can't wait to see the new baked good!
Hey! Thanks for the heads up on Candle, we've gone numerous times so I know what you mean. But the food is just sooo freakin good that the service doesn't matter! Haha! :) We've only been to Pure one other time, and I had the girl scout cookie sundae.. OMG HEAVEN!!
keep the video posts coming, VeggieGirl! i just love them! i hear ya on being busy with school - reading, papers, tests! eek! hang in there!
hooray for yoga & strength training - what great news! i'm so happy you made a decision you're happy with! that's awesome! i loooooove strength training - it helps me run better. it really does! i am sure you're already noting the difference it makes in your yoga, too!
can't wait to see what you've baked up!
thank you veggie girl! the falafel wrap is from wholefoods!!! i know i told you before but my parents LOVE your blog!!! they are gona be soo excited you have a new episode of veggie girl tv! i'll have to tell them to check it!! xoxox
I like the video posts...and I think it's great what you're doing, in the end it's about what makes you happy and feel healthy :). I want to try yoga; I am definitely not the running type :D.
Good for you for focusing on what is best for you. Good luck with the baking!!
hang in there with the school work! you've done it before, you can do it again!!!
you know your body better than anyone else, so don't let anyone put you down! you seemed to be a lot more tense, stressed, and sore when doing such a heavy dance load, so it sounds like this is a better choice!!
love your blog always!!'
take care and have an amazing week!
hope the test goes well! good luck VeggieGirl!!!!!!
Hey hey VeggieGirl!! I just wanted to stop by and let you know I was thinking about you and hope your upcoming week with school (and life) goes well for ya! Always praying for you and your busy days! :)
Love the video Post!!
love the veggie TV! such a fun twist. good luck with the yoga :)
Hi VeggieGirl - So nice to see and hear you like that. Video posts are a great idea! And I am so pleased that you have found a form of exercise that you feel suits you best - we all need to do that. I'm with you on the yoga! Good luck.
I certainly understand why you chose to videopost rather than write. You've got quite a load.
Don't worry a bit about what others may think of you giving up dance for now. Of course you have to do what's right for you.
Great episode!!! I can't wait to see what you baked up, and what you will do for Meghann's bake sale! I hope people will still bid on my goods after they see your awesome submission! :)
GOOD LUCK with school!!! Hang in there, stick with yoga and bake when you can! Yoga, baking and baths are my two biggest stress relievers. No matter how much I had to do in school I always made time for those 3 activities because they kept me SANE!
Excellent Video Post Liz! Loves it :)
Hi Veggiegirl,
Do you happen to have an email address where I could contract you? I looked on your site but couldn’t find one. Thanks, and I hopw you’re having a nice day :).
**Megan:
Please leave a comment with your email address, and I'll send a reply back to you as soon as possible. Thanks in advance :-)
LOVE VeggieGirl TV! :)
Good for you for making the best decision for you, your body, and your sanity!
I can't wait to see the bake sale entry :)
I need to get crackin' on making some of your baked goods!
I can't watch! It says the video isn't available... sad.
Did I comment on this yet?? I don't think so... Well, at any rate, cute post! :) I like the idea of doing videos. It's neat to put a voice to your face & writing!
I think it's great that you're doing the type of exercise that works for you, your health, and your body! Yoga is amazing.
I love Veggie Girl TV! You are so brave, I wish I could do it.
I'm glad to hear that you are loving yoga and strength training, it sounds like you found your niche!
I want to try yoga, it sounds very rewarding.
Hi Liz. I need some technical support for posting videos since I want to share one with you guys. How did you add the video?
OMG, you shouldn't worry about anyone in the blog world about your choice to stick with yoga and strength training instead of dancing!
Hang in with all the demands with school
Good luck with school, and don't let it get you too crazy. I just started second semester myself, and I know it will come to an end way too fast. I can't believe I'm already graduating. I don't know what year you're in, but I wish I could stay a little longer. Oh well, here's to real jobs...
I liked the video post. It's a fun break from reading so many blogs.
I would never say anything negative about your dancing. I think you made the right decision for your body.
The fundraiser sound interesting!
I forgot to tell you about my recent hemp milk experiences ... so when we were at Whole Foods I didn't see the hemp milk that you suggested (or so I thought), and we weren't sure how much we liked it anyways, so we just stuck with good old almond milk.
Then, I got home and the next morning I had my cereal with the almond milk and guess what? I missed the hemp milk! Ha, I didn't even think I liked it much but I told my husband "I never thought this would happen but I think I actually miss hemp milk in my cereal!"
So then, I googled the Living Harvest brand to see what it looked like and sure enough, I had seen that at WF, I just overlooked the part that said "Living Harvest" and didn't see it! So anyways, next time we go I'm really looking forward to trying it!! : )
Mi email:
Meganme17@yahoo.com
Yay! Thanks for fixing the link :-)
Who would be negative about your dancing decision? As you said, that is a very PERSONAL choice, and is no one's business but your own. So, I hope that's not the case!
Happy Tuesday!
Great post!! It's always so nice to hear peoples voices...even if I do it secretly with headphones on at work hehe.
Thats a bummer that you're not dancing, but its WAY more important to focus on whats good for your body...so GO YOU for realizing that!
Like your site and a do alot of cooking myself...mostly I have simple and healthy breakfasts on my blogg. By the way - I am a runner ;)
http://sweet-things-in-life.blogspot.com/search/label/Mat
you could totally start a new post-punk-kitchen - type thing on this blog!
Thanks for the video post. I think it is important to pursue the right exercises for your own body. Kudos to you for figuring out what works best for you and listening to yourself.
Hi, I watch your videos, I actually find 'em interesting ;) It's nice that you are into dancing, a vegan diet isn't enough to live healthy right? Of course, exercising is a critical factor too! Btw, I updated my blog! My old "Blissful Bites" url won't work anymore because I already changed it, please visit: www.justsweetertthansugar.blogspot.com" and hit the FOLLOW THIS BLOG button. Thank you very much. ;) let us support each other fellow passionate bloggers ;)
Of course we don't mind your "oral" posts! Your're cute! But girl you look tired! I would love to see a video of you making a treat! Whenever you have the time!
Loved the video & your blog.
Hello! I see that you're from Ohio and was just wondering what part? Love your blog...keep up the great work =)
I can't believe anyone would give you a negative comment for such a personal video post. I can only imagine how hard it must be to give up something you were so good at for so long, but it sounds like you've made the right decision for you so kudos for that. I fully agree that some bodies are just meant for some things rather than others. I also think some people just enjoy certain things more than others. I'm not a huge fan of running, but I love yoga, pilates and strength training. You may have already mentioned this, but what kind of yoga do you practice?
love the video post girl, sometimes its much easier to get everything out in words! I love that you are understanding your body and listening to what it wants and not what others want, YOGA is a great workout and you can get stronger....who cares what other peeps thing, this is YOUR life:)
Hi VeggieGirl! I loved your video post. I think it's great that you've made the decision that dance wasn't the right thing for your body. It's inspiring to hear what does work for you- as you know I'm on a healthy venture and am finding exercise that I love.
Keep up the great work & good luck with those tough classes!
I like your video posts!! Such a brillant idea!! Good luck with school!! It can be so stressful but worth it in the end.
hi! i'm new to blogging and it seems like you have it down-pat and have now upgraded to video posting ~ cool! anyways, i'm a vegetarian and SUPER respect your vegan ways, you'll be getting a hell of a lot of good karma coming your way! keep in touch and stay strong, darling! <3
thanks for all your kind comments! i hope school is going well-- you seem very very busy with all that writing! i think you made a great decision by your new workout routine :) i so admire your ability to realize your body's needs! thanks lady!
Veggie Girl, I totally agree with you. I am made to run(outside). Heck, I even run when it's raining. I can knock 3 miles easy but dancing or yoga? I am on the floor because I have no sense of balance. I am glad you found an activity that suits your body and comfort.
Veggie girl-

Balancing class work, nutrition and fitness is rough for us school girls, eh? Sounds like you've really figured out what's best for you though. Keep up the good work. Do you happen to have any good gluten free baking recipes?? All of your goods look so - well - good!

You always have our support VeggieGirl. I'm glad you're doing what makes you happy and makes you feel good, despite what anyone else may think. All the yoga will probably help you de-stress a little too.
You are so sweet Liz and please know that you will always have our support! You are a vital part of the blogging community and we want you to be healthy! I am big believer in honoring your body so I think you made the best choice possible! Oh and I love veggie girl tv :)
thanks for sharing so much with us :) it's nice to get know you better through these posts. i'm sorry to hear you have given up dancing but i understand and support your decision. you are still so dedicated to do the yoga and strength training as often as you do, given your school schedule!! i admire your dedication!! GL w/your current semester..sounds like it is a tough one..but not something you can't handle! hang in there! :)
I feel the same way you do about running. Some of us are just not made for it, but I'm going to give it one more shot before I write it off completely. Good work!
Girl, who cares what others think? Just do you.
I LOVE the video post and please feel free to do more whenever you want to and can. It is an excellent personal touch to your blog.
I totally respect your decision about your dancing, you have to do what is right for you and what works for you. Wish I lived close by so that we could do yoga together.
About the school and assignments... I am not offay with your area of study, is the load you are carrying reasonable? Is there enough time to competently grasp what is being taught and what your readings are and then doing assignments?
those look amazing, i'm so impressed you can transform them into the uber healthiness (with taste!) that is there.. kudos :)
